We at ILCCC (Ivy League Career Counselors and Curators) are focused on providing the appropriate guidance to the clients based on five different dimensions that are assessed by conducting Psychometric Assessments for the clients – both students and professionals. Based on the Psychometric Assessment, we provide career counselling and guidance services to the clients to reach the right career path that they deserve in their life. We provide these services both via Online and Offline means.

About the Chief Counselor
Our Clinical Psychologist, Mr. Jagadeesan did his MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the Government Institute of Mental Health, Chennai with Masters in Applied Psychology from Banyan Academy of Leadership in Mental Health (BALM) - TATA Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Chennai and his Bachelors in Psychology from the Madras School of Social Work, Chennai. He is currently working as the Clinical Psychologist in Tele Manas - Chennai chapter. He is also a Certified Career Analyst. He has been a very active member of various groups in creating career awareness; is highly connected and has a huge network of eminent professionals who are working in the field. He has immense experience in working with people from varied backgrounds and have expertise knowledge and skills in quickly understanding the requirements of the individuals who seek for career guidance and takes utmost care in helping them to discover their true potential and interests and hence guiding them to their desired career path.
He is an ambitious, strong minded, dedicated individual who is passionate and highly committed in providing the right guidance needed for the individuals aspiring for future growth. He believes that every individual possesses a unique inherent skill set needed for growth and once that is identified, it can work wonders with them. He also believes upon being realistic and rational so as to meet the needs of his clients in an organized and a well structured way.
